Welcome to PluginHive Affiliate Program

Our program helps you earn a passive income simply by referring new users to our website.

When a new user clicks your referral link, signs up for an account and purchases an item from our website, you will receive a percentage of the price of the first purchase made by that user. The sum of money owed to you will be immediately credited to your own PluginHive account. If that sounds like something you want to do, read on to find out how it all works.

This text has to be held as an additional part of PluginHive General Terms and Conditions and everything defined in there has to be held as valid. In the case of inconsistencies between the two, PluginHive Affiliate Terms and Conditions prevail.

Below is the text, you will find explained details concerning how “Becoming an Affiliate” works, payments and further details concerning the Affiliate Program.

Important Definitions

“User”, in these Terms and Conditions, is any subject browsing the Internet and coming to PluginHive website and to the Affiliate page.

By “buyer” we refer to any user that has made a purchase in our marketplace.

“Affiliate” is any person adhering to PluginHive Affiliate Program and subject to these Terms and Conditions. Any reference to you, your, yours has to be held as a reference to the affiliate.

“PluginHive”, “us”, “we” and “our” means or are references to Solvilor Technologies Private Limited trading as PluginHive, a company duly registered and incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India;

How PluginHive Affiliate Program Works?

For each user coming to our website by means of a link or a banner that you have advertised, you can earn an amount equal to the agreed percentage of the purchase price of the first product bought by that user.

Every member automatically gets a referral code while signing up for the program. From your page on PluginHive, you will receive an affiliate link(or referral link) that includes the referral code. You can paste this link or image button on your website.

Any of your users coming to our store by means of that link and purchasing any product in our store will make you eligible to receive a percentage of the purchase price.

Referral Program Percentage

The affiliate percentage for our products is set as 30% of the purchase price. So, for example, if a user reaches us through your link and buys a product that costs 69$, your earnings will be 20.7$ (that is, 30% of the product purchase price).

Other important details

If your users visit our website, but they make a purchase only after 30 days term, you cannot be entitled to the Affiliate Program earnings anymore. In order to be entitled to the Affiliate Program earnings, users that buy through your affiliate link must not be related to you or to your company.

In order to be entitled to the Affiliate Program earnings, users that reach our website shall neither have visited it before nor have a PluginHive account. If a person clicks on your referral link and then later they click on someone else’s, yours is the one that counts.

Payments

In this section, you will find how payments of the Affiliate Program earnings will be made.

Minimum threshold

You are eligible for withdrawal of your earnings from your PluginHive account as soon as you reach the minimum amount of 50$. However, note that your earnings will not be paid automatically when the minimum threshold is reached. You have to place a request for the same. Alternatively, you can use the income coming from your Affiliate Program earnings(or part of it) for purchases on our PluginHive.

Payment methods

PluginHive keeps your earnings safe until you request payment. Unless we decide to pay your earnings, they will be kept safe for you until we get a request for payment from you.

Once you place a request for withdrawal, we will initiate the payment process and you will receive the payment by the end of the following month. If the end of the month happens to be a holiday, you will receive the payment the first following working day available. Payments will be done through PayPal or other payment methods the company decides time to time and any possible expense for payment will be charged to you.

Payment issues

We will continue to hold your earnings if we’re not able to pay your earnings to you for whatever reason, including if:

  1. We do not have the correct payment details
  2. We can’t contact you using the contact details that you have provided
  3. You have not made a request for payment
  4. Or you are asking for payment to be made to a person, or to an institution that we’re prohibited from making payments to at law or where there are limitations in the banking systems.

Currency conversion

Anytime we make a payment to you as an affiliate, you are responsible for all costs related to converting the amount of the payment from US dollars into your preferred currency. Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees(we don’t control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees).

Refund or Chargeback

If the product is returned or if the customer requests a chargeback on the purchase we will withhold that portion of your earnings from your Affiliate earnings. We have a 30-Day return period for all PluginHive products.

Things You Must Avoid

You cannot do any act that could be confusing, misleading or deceptive for users, inter alias, confuse them about the fact that your website is managed or authorized by PluginHive (e.g. by emulating graphic elements from our website).

Our trademarks or domains or intellectual properties are properties of PluginHive and you cannot use them, except for explicitly authorized banners and creativities made available here by PluginHive to our affiliates.

You cannot purchase a domain name, search engine keywords nor pay-per-click advertisements that use our trademarks or any possible variation of them, nor use texts that describe our products unless you receive our official consent.

You cannot act against users in any form that is law violation, including spam, privacy, intellectual property violations, fraud, confusing actions for new users or links purposely made to deceive customers.

You cannot act in any way that is a direct or indirect contravention of PluginHive Terms and Conditions. You may not behave in any way that does not conform to our standards.

Fairness Policy

We reserve the right to decide whether or not your use of the Affiliate Program complies with PluginHive Affiliate Program Terms or with PluginHive Terms and Conditions. If we decide that your participation in the Affiliate Program does not comply, after official communication, we can withdraw your earnings and may disable your account.

PluginHive Affiliate Program is subject to a fairness and integrity policy that has to be respected, and that entitles PluginHive to consider revising for each unfair affiliate.
