AM/PM: deliveries before 9:00 p.m. for shipments received before 1:00 p.m. (Only in some communities of the Metropolitan region).
Delivery on the business day after the day of shipping if done before 7:00 p.m.
Delivery from 1 to 2 business days after the day of shipping if done before 7:00 p.m.
Delivery between 2 to 4 business days after the day of shipping if done before 7:00 p.m.
Delivery between 3 to 5 business days after the day of shipping if done before 7:00 p.m.
Other services available include:
Cash on Delivery (COD): the recipient pays upon delivery of the parcel and the money is returned to the customer.
The physical return of delivery document (POD) service: At the time of delivery of the product, the recipient is asked for the name and signature for a document previously specified by the client, and then return it is returned as proof of delivery.

Weight restrictions for international shipments are up to 2.5 kg for documents and up to 70 kg for parcels.
