I cannot Access and Print any WooCommerce FedEx Shipping Labels and also the Rates are nearly Double
This article will help you trouble shoot the issue with printing labels and getting almost double shipping FedEx rates when using WooCommerce FedEx Shipping Plugin.
After downloading the WooCommmerce FedEx Shipping Plugin for my WordPress site and getting the application set up, I noticed several bugs.
One, I cannot access and print any FedEx shipping labels, and that was one reason why I bought this plugin.
Two, the FedEx shipping rates are nearly double of what they should be, and that isn’t okay.

Once you have done, if you have any problem with the shipping services or rates, kindly do the following:

2. To compare the rates with the rates returned from FedEx, kindly go to FedEx Rate Calculator and calculate the rate.
On performing these things, if the problem persists, kindly provide us the following details:
- Screenshot of FedEx calculator
- Request and response in a text file.
Note: Usually the rates show up doubled when you have selected “Pack items individually” as an option for Parcel Packing in plugin settings.
In that case, if you order two items, the rates would show two times the actual amount because they would be packed individually.
So, you can opt for “Pack items into boxes with weights and dimensions“, and then create a box in which you want to pack!
