I click on ‘Create Shipment’ and nothing happens

Not able to create shipment(s) for your processing orders on your WooCommerce store when using the WooCommerce FedEx Shipping Plugin? This guide will help you solve the issue.

Customer:

I have the FedEx Shipping plugin installed. I created a test order and marked it as ‘processing’. On the right side of the order details page under ‘FedEx’ I click on ‘Create Shipment’ and nothing happens.

My understanding is that it should change to ‘Print Label’ Otherwise, please tell me how I can print the FedEx label.

I have the plugin setup correctly using a production key.

We enabled the debug mode and tried reproducing the scenario for you.
We are getting the following error:
( [Severity] => ERROR [Source] => prof [Code] => 1000 [Message] => Authentication Failed )

Kindly check your credentials.
Also, you need Advance Services Authorization to use the print label feature in Live mode.

  •  You need to contact FedEx with the sample label generated using Test Account details.
  •  Please follow Certification Guidelines to get Advanced Services for printing the label
