I am facing problem on the cart page even when I have put all correct credentials

I have put all correct credentials.but I m facing that problem. Can you help me solve that issues?


Support :

You have enabled the debug option in the plugin settings, that is why you are getting debug data like Request, Response etc on the cart page.

Kindly uncheck the debug option in the plugin settings, save the settings, refresh the cart page and after that debug data won’t come on your cart page.


Customer :

I have disabled the debug option in plugin settings. but I am facing problem on cart page FedEx all options not displayed. I want all the options to show on cart page. Kindly resolve that issue.

Kindly make sure that the expected services are selected in the plugin settings.

And also, check the services returned by the FedEx Rate Calculator.
