I am getting an error code: 2026 – “Message: Packaging Type is invalid for Service Type.”. I am in production mode and trying to print a label.

The error code indicates that the available FedEx boxes are not available for the specified location or service.

Disable all the FedEx boxes that you have enabled in the Pack into boxes with weight and dimension option in the plugin settings. Next, define a custom box and then try to ship. For more information, read our troubleshooting document.

    We are also experiencing the same issue. We are using the boxes provided by default in your plugin, as well as the FedEx Web Services test credentials mentioned in your guide. Any assistance would be extremely appreciated.

      Hello Karen,

      Thank you for reaching us.
      Your packaging may be correct but the service which you have chosen may not support the packaging dimensions and the shipping location you have chosen. Please check with different services once.
