I am having issues with the Woothemes FedEx plugin and I am trying to get a secondary plugin

One of our customers is having trouble using our WooCommerce FedEx Shipping Plugin with Print Label. Check out his issue and the solution along with it.

Customer :

I am having issues with the Woothemes FedEx plugin and I am trying to get a secondary plugin. How can I know your plugin isn’t going to fail as the one Woothemes has? The Woothemes FedEx plugin is saying that the addresses are incorrect.

I am interested but I want to have a reliable plugin for one of my clients.

Support :

Our FedEx plugin calculates rates using weight and dimension of the product.

We have a debug mode option available in our plugin settings, enabling it will allow seeing the response and request sent to the FedEx.

In case, of any issue, you can trace it using log.

Also, we have a dedicated support team for our premium customers.

You can try our private demo so that you can simply get a visual idea that how it works and will it suit your business requirement or not?

Using our private demo, you can test our plugin with several products of different sizes and weights.

The live demo on our product page has some restriction, this is because the live mode is designed for generic access, so any modification in any field can lead to the instability of the demo plugin which can cause ambiguity.
