I am not able to create shipment from WooCommerce order’s page, in spite of real-time rates being calculated on the front-end of the website. When I click on Create Shipment option in order’s page, I get the following error message:

FedEx Create Shipment Error: Severity: ERROR
Source: prof
Code: 1000
Message: Authentication Failed

PluginHive Support

You need authorization from FedEx while printing shipment labels in production mode. You can contact FedEx with the sample label generated using Test Account details. Please follow the certification guidelines to get advanced services for printing FedEx shipping labels.

Customer

We are almost set, still, some issue exists with commercial invoice generation, as we cannot see any harmonized code. Here’s FedEx comment on this:

Your request does not have any HS code field after the Country of Manufacture field.

<Commodities>
<Name>iris360-battery-charger</Name>
<NumberOfPieces>1</NumberOfPieces>
<Description>iris360-battery-charger</Description>
<CountryOfManufacture>GB</CountryOfManufacture>
<HarmonizedCode>?</HarmonizedCode>

Once you have added this to your request, it will be printed on the invoice. Please also note that you have to enter the HS code yourself. You need to add this information manually to your ship request.

PluginHive Support

We have incorporated HS Tariff number (Harmonised Code) at the product level in the latest version of the plugin (see screenshot below). You can provide a value for the HS tariff number and then provide the request and response to FedEx team.
