All packages are set for sign on delivery, however it doesn’t show on our labels or receipts that we print via the plugin. How to fix it?

The WooCommerce FedEx Shipping Plugin with Print Label allows you to add the delivery signature for your FedEx order. Check out the following guide that shows how to do that.

Our FedEx account is set up so that all packages are set for sign on delivery. However, this doesn’t show on our labels or receipts that we print via the plugin. How do I fix it?

Enable “Delivery Signature” option in the FedEx plugin settings.

    This works but it is global. What I need is an option on the Edit order page to enable Sign on Delivery. Not all packages need it, only some.

      Hi Roger,

      Currently we only have the option to set the signature on delivery as global settings, We’ll move it to the product settings once we have a discussion regarding this. Please give us few days.
