Pre-sale questions for FedEx Plugin

Check out these common pre-sale questions before purchasing our WooCommerce FedEx Shipping Plugin with Print Label. This plugin offers some of the best features in the market, including, real-time shipping rates from FedEx, print shipping labels, and send shipment tracking to customers.

Customer :

I am interested in using this plugin.

1. Is this plugin able to provide the customer with a shipping estimate before completing an order and creating a label request?

2. We sell a product that must ship in two parcels that are different sizes and weights. We currently enter those dimensions directly into our FedEx account and are able to print two labels for a single item order. Can this plugin do that?

3. Is it possible to add an additional handling fee into the actual shipping cost for the final cost to the customer?

4. If this plugin will not do the above, do you have another plugin that will do the above with FedEx and USPS?

Support :

Yes, Plugin calculates real-time shipping rate during the checkout process and add to the order total before completing the order.

The plugin can identify one or more parcels based on the product & box dimensions configured. Please refer the documentation to know more about Pack Items Individually, Pack into boxes & Weight based Packing: https://www.pluginhive.com/knowledge-base/setting-woocommerce-fedex-shipping-plugin/

Also, you have an option to enter the parcel dimensions & weight manually while generating the label. However manually it’s only possible to generate one parcel for one order.

You can adjust the shipping price by adding/subtracting the required amount to/from actual shipping cost. Use minus sign(-) for subtracting the amount. You can mention the amount in % and $ for each service.

Our USPS plugin works pretty much the same. However, if you are looking for a USPS Postage Paid label we request you to refer our EasyPost or Stamps.com plugin.
