Customer:

When I try to install the plugin, I receive pop-up showing fatal error, as shown below:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wf_fedex_activation_check() (previously declared in/home/baymed2578/public_html/wp-content/plugins/fedex-woocommerce-shipping-method/fedexwoocommerce-shipping.php:17) in /home/baymed2578/public_html/wpcontent/plugins/fedex-woocommerce-shipping/fedex-woocommerce-shipping.php on line 21

Please help.

PluginHive Support:

We suggest you to delete the basic version of the plugin and then install the premium version.

Customer:

I was following your instruction and seems like it works, but after I got test number from FedEx, appeared another error –

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for for each() in /home/baymed2578/public_html/wpcontent/plugins/FedEx-woocommerce-shipping/includes/classwf-fedex-woocommerce-shipping.php on line 473

Could you help me with the above error?

For your additional information, I didn’t see any shipping choices for FedEx (such as FedEx ground etc) on check out page and shopping cart page.

PluginHive Support:

You had an outdated version of the plugin installed on your site.
We have installed the latest version of the plugin which resolves the issue.
