When trying to create shipment to Finland, I am not able to select any services. How to fix this issue?
In this article, we will help select the origin address when using the WooCommerce FedEx Shipping Plugin with Print Label. This way, you should be able to see all the FedEx shipping services on the Cart/Checkout page.
When trying to create shipment to Finland, I cannot see any values in the Choose service drop-box. I have enabled a couple of services that should work from the United States of America to Finland.
When I try it with an order of Washington / Seattle, I am able to see the services. But when I click the Create shipment, I get the following error:
Fedex Create Shipment Error: ship Severity: ERROR SourceShip
Message: Shipper Postal Code not Served
LocalizedMessage: Shipper Postal Code not Served
I am using the FedEx-test credentials. I also updated the plugin to the newest version. Yet, I cannot see any services available for my order.
We noticed that origin address that you have set in FedEx plugin settings contains US address. However, your base store country is still set as ‘Finland’. Please change that to the United States to make the plugin work correctly.
I changed the location of the shop now to the United States/Arkansas. However, now it seems that I am unable to make any order in the shop.
For international shipment, it is working fine.
But in case of domestic shipment, there are no valid services activated from FedEx settings. We have enabled a service FIRST_OVERNIGHT for you, and now it’s working.
We recommend you to activate all valid services to get all rates.

Can you please retry that after clearing your browser cache? It could be a cache problem.
