It won’t let me download the update because I already have an active Canada Post plugin activated

It won’t let me download the update because I already have an active Canada Post plugin activated. I tried to deactivate and download but denied again.
Do I have to delete the original plugin and install the newer version? Will I lose all the information entered in the first one (license, keys activation, etc)? What do you recommend?

You need to delete the current version of the plugin and then install the updated version.

You will not lose any information entered in the first one.

That worked !!
Now it tells me that No shipping methods are available (see attachment)? I think I have enabled Canada Post plugin. What now?
