- Do my products need weight and dimensions for India Post rates to appear at checkout?

You can configure a minimum weight value in the plugin settings as a fallback for products with incomplete shipping data.
- Can I display India Post rates alongside WooCommerce free shipping or flat rate methods?
Yes, the plugin is fully compatible with all native WooCommerce shipping methods, including free shipping and flat rate. You can add it to any WooCommerce shipping zone alongside other methods and give customers the choice at checkout.
- Does the plugin fetch real-time India Post shipping rates?

The plugin supports Speed Post and Business Parcel — the two domestic services available through the India Post REST API. You can enable or disable each service independently, apply custom display names, set the display order, and configure rate adjustments per service.
- Does the plugin support international shipping?
No. The plugin supports India Post domestic shipping services only. Speed Post and Business Parcel are both domestic services and do not cover international shipments.
