Or, call 1 888 SHIP-123 (1 888 744-7123) to speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives to schedule a pickup. Representatives are available from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. local time.”

You will need to register and log in to your account on the website to schedule or do so right from your website. If you don’t already have a shipment created and still want to schedule a pickup, you can easily do so from Purolator’s virtual assistant or from your own website integration. From there:

  • Go to ’Ship & Track’
  • Select ’Schedule a Pickup’
  • Confirm the Pickup Address, Location, Date and Times
  • Fill in Pieces, Weight and Service
  • Click on ’Show’ if supplies are required for the pickup
  • Click on ’Submit pickup request’

To cancel a pickup request, go to your account on the Purolator website or to the appropriate area of your website application. Under ’My Account’, select ‘ Recent Activity’ and then Pickups’ then choose the date of the pickup request you would like to cancel or modify.
