Pricing & Subscriptions
PluginHive offers multiple service plans, including monthly and yearly plans.
Monthly Service Fee
- It is calculated based on the plan chosen during sign-up and the terms of the offer
- The billing cycle ends each month after registration, and fees are charged in advance
- If the user cancels in the middle of a billing cycle, no refund will be issued
- To cancel, the user can call customer support or do so online
Yearly Service Fee
- It is calculated based on the plan chosen while purchasing and the terms of the offer
- The billing cycle 1 year after registration, and fees are charged in advance
- If the user cancels in the middle of a billing cycle, no refund will be issued
- To cancel, the user can call customer support or do so online
- For the applications or plugins eligible for a free trial, the user must cancel the trial before the free period ends to avoid incurring the monthly service fee.

Other than the service fee, PluginHive DOES NOT charge any variable fee and transactional costs of using the service, such as postage, fees for private carriers, package insurance, items purchased in the online store, fees for additional users, or other special services selected.
Shipping Postage Fee, Shipment Insurance, Taxes, and Surcharges
When you use our services, any payments required to be made for shipping postage fees, insurance, taxes, surcharges, or any other charges will be processed through the carrier accounts directly by the shipping carrier. Our company, PluginHive, will not be responsible for any transactions related to the carrier accounts, and will not save any data related to these transactions as well.
Shopify Application Charges
The charges related to the PluginHive application listed on Shopify are handled solely by Shopify. These transactions are subject to the Shopify terms and conditions. These charges will be sent by Shopify and will reflect in the monthly Shopify invoice for your store.
Any disputes related to charges made through Shopify must be resolved directly with the Shopify team. We are not responsible for resolving disputes related to Shopify transactions, and we will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such disputes.
Magento (Adobe Commerce) Extension Charges
The charges related to the PluginHive application listed on Magento (Adobe Commerce) marketplace are handled solely by Magento. These transactions are subject to the Magento terms and conditions.
Any disputes related to charges made through Magento must be resolved directly with the Magento team. We are not responsible for resolving disputes related to Magento transactions, and we will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such disputes.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
If you use the PluginHive™ site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new password by resetting it.
If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
PluginHive™, www.PluginHive.com, and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
Sign Up with Partner Platforms
PluginHive software is listed on partner platforms like Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce. The application listing is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform. By using our app users agree to sign up for the PluginHive services on these platforms and,
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- Restricting access to your computer
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password
- If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new password by resetting it
Any disputes related to Shopify, Magento & BigCommerce accounts must be resolved directly with the platform. We are not responsible for resolving disputes related to platform accounts, and we will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such disputes.
To terminate or close your account at any time,
- Uninstall the PluginHive application or plugin that you are using
- To unsubscribe, you can do it online or contact PluginHive support at [email protected] and we will do it for you
To avoid recurring charges make sure to follow the steps mentioned above
We PluginHive™ (www.PluginHive.com) have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion.
Reasons for account termination may include:
- Repeated violations of the Terms of Conditions
- A single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behaviour, threats, abuse, or spam)
- Accounts dedicated to a policy violation (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc)
- PluginHive™ demands a very high level of respect and professionalism from its employees and business partners, in turn, we expect the same level of respect from our customers, no level of harassment, abuse, or threats will be tolerated in our Support area.`
Upon termination of an account, all access to PluginHive applications, plugins, and licenses will be terminated. You will also loose the access to PluginHive customer support after termination of account.
Terminate Shopify Application Subscription
To terminate PluginHive application subscription on Shopify,
- Uninstall the PluginHive application from your Shopify store
- You will not be charged by Shopify after uninstalling the application in the next billing cycle
- Contact Shopify support to get more details on the billing charges after uninstalling the application
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding account sign up with these platform accounts. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

- Application Listing: PluginHive software is listed on Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce marketplace. The application listing is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective marketplace
- Pricing: The pricing for PluginHive software is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective marketplace. The price may vary depending on the marketplace and the plan chosen
- Free Trials: The free trial policy for PluginHive software is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective marketplace. PluginHive may offer a free trial period for its software on the marketplace. The free trial period may vary depending on the marketplace and the plan chosen
- Support: If customers have any concerns related to the software, they can reach out to [email protected] or contact the marketplace customer support team. PluginHive will provide support for its software as per the terms and conditions of the respective marketplace
- Liability: PluginHive is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by customers in connection with the use of its software on the marketplace. Customers are solely responsible for the use of the software, including but not limited to shipping, packaging, shipment insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Shipping Carrier Accounts Terms & Conditions
PluginHive offers integration with various carriers to facilitate shipping for the customers. By using these carrier accounts, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Carrier Accounts: In order to use the carrier accounts integrated with PluginHive, you must have an account with the carrier and agree to their terms and conditions. You are solely responsible for maintaining and managing your carrier accounts, including but not limited to updating your account information, setting up payment methods, and ensuring that your account is in good standing.
- Responsibility for Shipping: You are solely responsible for the shipping of your products and agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier terms and conditions. You are responsible for properly packaging your products and ensuring that they are properly labeled and shipped. You must also comply with any additional carrier requirements, including but not limited to insurance, restrictions on hazardous materials, and shipment tracking.
- PluginHive’s Role: PluginHive provides software to facilitate shipping and does not assume responsibility for any damages, losses, or other issues related to the shipment of your products. We do not control or operate the carriers or their services, and cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the rates or other information provided by them. You acknowledge that PluginHive is not responsible for any failure to ship, errors or omissions in shipping labels or documents, and any discrepancies in shipping rates.
- Liability: PluginHive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the carrier accounts integrated with PluginHive, including but not limited to damages arising from the loss or damage of your products during shipping. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PluginHive harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the carrier accounts or breach of these terms and conditions.
By using the carrier accounts integrated with PluginHive, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge your responsibility for shipping, compliance with carrier terms and conditions, and acceptance of liability for any issues related to the shipment of your products.
PluginHive's Free Trial Program
If you select to sign up for a “free trial”, then you will not be charged a service fee for the period of the free trial offer.
- After the free trial, if you wish to continue service you will be charged according to the service plan chosen at the time of registration and as per the terms.
- If you decide not to continue the free trial, make sure to uninstall the application & unsubscribe to avoid recurring charges.
By participating in our free trial program, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.
- Payment Modes Accepted: PluginHive accepts payments for plugin purchases through trusted gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, and Razorpay. These acceptable payment methods are subject to change at any time, and you are encouraged to check the website for updates. You can choose to pay directly the designated account, credit cards or any other payment method as per the payment gateways.
- Correct Information Required: When processing payment, you must provide accurate information, including your address and phone number. Incorrect information may cause delays in processing payment and may result in the cancellation of your order.
- Fraudulent Activity: All the payment gateways take fraudulent activity seriously and will take appropriate actions as per their Terms and Conditions. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and PluginHive reserves the right to cancel any orders or accounts associated with fraudulent activity.
Shopify & Magento Payments
Payments for Shopify applications & Magento extensions will be handled directly by Shopify and Magento, and PluginHive will not have any control over the payment process.
If you have any grievances related to Shopify or Magento payments, please reach out to their respective customer support teams for assistance.

Customer Support Availability
PluginHive customer support is available from Monday-Friday between 1:00 AM to 9:00 PM (UTC). Partial support will be offered on Saturdays. The PluginHive support team will not be available on Sundays and public holidays.

What to Expect
- PluginHive offers customer support via emails for WooCommerce & Magento applications with yearly subscription.
- PluginHive customers using Shopify applications or any PluginHive solution with a monthly subscription are eligible for a FREE onboarding call with our customer support team. Any communication post the onboarding call will continue over email
- In case any additional calls are required, customers can contact PluginHive support team to get a custom quote at [email protected]
- If a customer is found to have downloaded, or obtained any of PluginHive™ products from another source, the source of the download or distribution of PluginHive™ files is in breach of its Copyright & Website License terms, all matters will be investigated under the International Copyright Laws.
Terms of Support
- Under the Terms of Support, PluginHive team must be granted access to the website where the application or plugin is installed.
- If a customer denies access to the Website on which our Product was installed we can not offer any Support, therefore any claims to our Product “not working” will be deemed null and void.
- If The Client’s website has technical coding, defects, damage, or hosting problems NOT caused by PluginHive™; PluginHive™ will not be liable to offer support or fix the damages.
PluginHive™ stands behind all of its products and we will resolve any faults or imperfections found in any of its products. This we can guarantee.
PluginHive™ follows a 30-day money-back refund policy for all the products sold through this website. Under NO circumstances will a refund be issued 30 days after your purchase date. If you choose not to use PluginHive applications and services after 30 days of sign-up, no refund will be provided
Since PluginHive applications are Digital Products, it’s mandatory to Deactivate and Delete/Uninstall PluginHive applications as a part of the refund process to avoid recurring charges.

Shopify & Magento Refunds
For all the applications listed on Shopify & Magento marketplace, the refund policy will be subject to the Shopify & Magento terms and conditions, respectively.
- Refunds for any fees or charges paid through Shopify or Magento will be handled according to their refund policies
- PluginHive does not offer refunds for any fees, or other charges paid through Shopify or Magento
- It is mandatory to uninstall the application to cancel the subscription charge in the next billing cycle
Due to the digital nature of PluginHive applications, it is not possible to exchange one application or pricing plans to another.
It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase the correct application and choose the right subscription plan as per the requirements. PluginHive™ WILL NOT exchange/swap your application or the subscription plans.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding PluginHive application refunds on Shopify & Magento.
- PluginHive is a software application that helps you to integrate with your carrier account and with your store.
- PluginHive allows you to purchase postage and print/download shipping labels without visiting the carrier’s website. PluginHive generates the labels based on the information configured in your store etc. PluginHive does not solely modify the details printed on the shipping labels. We highly recommend you make sure the details on the shipping label are accurate before fulfilling the orders to avoid shipping label cancellation by the carrier.
- PluginHive recommends printing 2-3 shipping labels initially and verifying the details on the shipping labels before printing shipping labels in bulk.
- The shipping carrier is responsible for shipping to your customers. PluginHive is not responsible for picking up, transporting, delivering, returning, or otherwise dealing with your shipment.
- Your use of carrier(s) services is subject to compliance with all applicable carrier(s) rules. See the carrier(s) terms and conditions before shipping with them.
- You & your preferred carrier are responsible for compliance with all local and international shipping and customs regulations.
- PluginHive will not be responsible for any local customs charges, import taxes or duties, or any similar charges related to your shipments. Please contact your shipping carrier to know more about any applicable charges for your shipment.
