Once you have installed the app on your Shopify store, follow the steps below.

Add Vendors to the Shopify Store

The app provides an easy way to add vendors to your Shopify store. All you need to do is, visit the Sellers tab and click on Add New.

As shown in the image above, you can add the vendor details as well as the commission rate and click on Save.

The app allows the admin to set up a vendor-specific commission while creating vendors. Based on your preferences, you can set either a percentage (%) or a numeric value as a commission for each vendor.

Once the vendors are created, they will receive a verification email where they can set a password to log in to their vendor accounts.

Add Vendor Products to the Shopify Store

Once the vendors have successfully created the password and log in to their vendor dashboard, they can add unlimited products to the Shopify store.

All they need to do is visit the Products tab on their Vendor Dashboard, and click on Add New.

Order Fulfilment by Vendors

Based on your vendor’s shipping carrier, the app automatically calculates the shipping rates and displays it on the Shopify checkout page. The app calculates individual shipping rates based on the vendor’s address and displays the combined shipping rates of each vendor, as shown in the image below.

Once the order is placed, the vendors will get individual invoices containing their respective products. They can also view their orders in the Orders section in the Vendor Dashboard, as shown in the image below.

Vendors can also generate the shipping labels for their orders directly from their vendor dashboard, as shown in the image below.

As soon as the labels are generated, the app automatically generates the shipment tracking IDs for each vendor. Once all the vendors have marked their orders as Shipped, the app attaches the tracking details to the Shopify order and mark it Fulfilled.

The shipment tracking details of each vendor’s products are then sent to the customers via email, as shown in the image below.

Earnings & Reports

The app provides real-time analytics for both the vendors as well as the admin.
