The App will automatically select the cheapest Royal Mail service or processes the order based on what the customer has selected during checkout. Now, you can select the orders and generate Royal Mail Online Shipping Labels.
You can easily print the Royal Mail shipping label for a particular order, that contains the shipper & recipient address, Royal Mail tracking number, and the shipping service selected.
Request Royal Mail PickUp and Generate Manifest within Shopify
Once the Royal Mail Label is generated, select the order and request Pickup. The Royal Mail agent will pickup your order without having to contact them separately.
Once the Pickup is scheduled, you can select the order and “Mark it as Shipped”. This will generate the Manifest, which is a list of shipments that are to be handed over to the Royal Mail agent when they pick up your package.
To print the Manifest, head to the Manifest tab and click on the print icon. Hand it over to the Royal Mail agent when they pickup your package.

Setting Up Shopify Royal Mail Shipping
Once installed, the app will automatically configure your Store Location as the Shipping Origin. Head to App Settings -> Carriers -> Royal Mail
Configure the Royal Mail Account by entering the Account Credentials and enable the Production Key.
You can also set additional details like Product type, Shipping Label type, Reason for export, and many other details.
By default, the App will automatically enable all the Royal Mail services that will be displayed at Shopify checkout. If required, you can choose to display the preferred Royal Mail services from the dropdown.

How to Set Up?Royal Mail Account Integration
You need to get the Royal Mail account credentials including Client ID, Client Secret, Username and Password for the app to work. Follow the below steps to get the Royal Mail account credentials.
Visit royalmail.com/register and create a royal mail business account by filling up necessary details.
Head over to the Royal Mail Developer API portal and register your application in the ‘My Apps’ section of your account to get a unique Client ID and Client Secret. Once done, select the shipping and tracking APIs.
After you’ve registered your application and chosen the API, subscribe to the Shipping & Tracking API. After the process is completed, please contact your Royal Mail account manager or Business Helpdesk to initiate your API integration.
