What we miss at the moment – and have to rely on other plugin for this – is a google maps selector for product add ons. Like, customer can select pickup and drop off place from google map, and it’s included in the order.
But we solved that with other plugin (maybe PluginHive can integrate this type of field in the product addons in the future).

I’ve set up my first 2 bookable products with more to come. This is a pretty easy plug-in to set up, as their are a lot of written instructions with screenshots. Super helpful! Customer Service has responded quickly (like within an hour) to my many questions.
There are a few things I wish it could do, but not sure any plug-in would meet my complete wish list of functionality. 1) I am close for services on Sat/Sun. I would prefer that my frontend calendar only shows M – F to my clients, but that is not possible. 2) Would LOVE this to pull ALL of my Google appointments (as in, non-bookable appointments like a doctor’s appt) into the booking calendar so my available time was up-to-date with everything.
That said, I am a fan and the support can’t be beat. I will be purchasing the add-on service for recurring appointments, as that is not part of the pro plug-in. You can see all this in action on “talentalchemists.com/services”

Install and config was easy. Google calendar sync was a bit involved, however great support from Lavanya Jothi who was able to walk me through quickly and effectively. One concern on functionality: bookings deleted in google calendar do not get deleted in WordPress side, and reappear later in google calendar when re-synced. You have to manually delete in WordPress. I would like to see this functionality added in future.

We use this to run a power sport rental business and it gives us many great features that other software only wishes they could. The ability to set an individual items booking as overnight based has really saved us. The sync to google calendar is great for quickly seeing your bookings on the go and they even helped us figure out how to add more details to the calendar so that we are better prepared. Setting seasonal rates and availability, restricting booking times, cutoff days and buffer times have really helped us to stand out in our industry where we are. We’ve had only minor issues and support has been very responsive to help us out and fix the issue every time. Would highly recommend this software if you’re in need of an all in one app to allow customers to book on their own and have it manage all of the time slots and payments.

Come to find out my web designer who was in another country had it set to his time zone. So although I could see it in my times, it wasn’t allowing me to book same day appointments. Easy fix but wasn’t easy to figure out the problem. Fortunately this amazing support team stuck with me the whole way! My favorite features about pluginhive is how detailed you can be about your schedule and that you can combine multiple calendars to one calendar so your never double booked. I replaced Woocommerce bookings and Woocommerce deposit with the 2 from Pluginhive for a Campervan rental business. The migration for the deposit is straightforward – the one for the bookings & appointments a bit less as the current inflight bookings are not migrated with all the meta data falling in the right place in the bookings module (all orders are 100% migrated). I encountered a problem with the sync with Google calendar (which is the way to at least retrieve the full metadata of the inflight bookings) and called on support. The team was dedicated to solving the issue. Although they didn’t have anything to fix as my problem was with WordPress (the .hta file that was somehow corrupted) their belief in the functionality of the plugin gave me 100% reassurance in its capabilities and I knew that my problem was somewhere else.
Both plugins have now been implemented and live for more than 10 days and I can guarantee that everything is functioning perfectly!!!

Just renewed my license for another year! Could not have been more satisfied with the use of this plugin. Time saved in sending out appointment reminder emails and follow-ups is worth the cost! The ease of managing bookings from the backend and the ability to sync with google calendar also makes it a must-have. And then, as many others have said, the customer support is remarkable.
The one capability that I needed which wasn’t obvious to do straight out of the box was the ability to block off times for periodic internal business meetings vs. customer appointments. Internal meetings couldn’t always fit predefined “global asset rules” so I just created a product in WooCommerce called “Private Meeting Block” and then used that product ID on my google calendar to schedule non-customer meetings. Then, with google auto-sync, my customer availability for booking through the plugin on my site is always correct. Works perfectly for my needs. Highly recommend this plugin!

I recently purchased the “woocommerce booking and appointment plugin” and had a couple of issues with the price not displaying correctly when using the option to “Restrict bookings to start only on certain days of the week”.
Raising a ticket on the support site got an instant response with advice on what to try. When this did not work, the issue was quickly raised with the development team that managed to resolve the issue within several days (even though it was the Christmas holiday period!).
I also had a recommendation for a change to the displayed text “Check-In” and “Check-out” of a selected product that appears when the “Bookings per night” option is selected. This is important for my business because customers collect and return equipment to us, so that terminology made no sense. Fortunately, they agreed and are working on this update at the moment, and I have been promised it will be ready within a few days.
I cannot praise the team at PluginHive enough, particularly Apurva that has been in the frontline in dealing with my correspondence with the team at PluginHive.
This module is far better than any other available at present and PluginHive provide extraordinary support!

Useful plugin for WooCommerce users. As any other plugin, it takes its time to get along with its course. This is the plugin that you need if you want to sell reservations with the usual cart. It should integrate not just with Google Calendar but also with Microsoft Calendar. They are working at it but it is not implemented yet: you and your clients will have to work with Google Calendar. You must also check that your WP Theme does not introduce any extra keys when implementing the integration with Google Calendar. The plugin support by email is good. That is how I could solve the issue noted above, and others. Good plugin.

Using the plugin for my client, a PGA teaching professional for booking golf lesson. So far the plugin in working as expected. The tutorials on the site were quite easy to follow and for the most part I was up and running in a matter of an hour.
I had a few questions regarding customizing the booking dialogs and payment methods so I submitted an support inquiry. I experienced very good (overnight) response time from support and had all my questions answered to my satisfaction and in a timely manner.
It is helpful to understand WooCommerce a little before using this plugin. In retrospect I should have done that first. Nevertheless, the PluginHive Support Team helped me and pointed me in the right direction there.

This booking plugin is the only one I found with enough flexibility and features to satisfy the needs and rules of the business. The features are done in a logical way so as not to require unnecessarily large amounts of time to specify the rules. Also It does not try and do any of the e-commerce aspects with its own screens for that. Nor is there any klunky “woocommerce add on” to adapt it. It was designed 100% to let Woocommerce do all that from the start. (i.e. you create a woocommerce product of type “bookable product”, you define the calendar, assets, resources, etc. within it. Orders are processed and managed just the same as any other Woocommerce order, etc.).

Besides that Woo-Commerce booking plugin was a bit over the top from a pricing point of view, it did also not cover all our needs. ✨
After a long research we discovered this plugin and where so happy to see that we can cover both rental bookings for the yoga studio as well as personal coaching appointments and also with an integration of google calendar!
We first tried pinpoint.world but this was by far too complicated and not so nice as this one.
As we had some very specific pricing requirements we approached the team asking for help. Besides being very friendly and responsive, they offered us to see if they might can come up with a solution .
And indeed after a short period before going live, they came back with an update for us including a video instruction so easily get the set up done. This “just” as a service without extra fee. We are sooo happy and grateful for such an awesome service.
We like also to highlight that this plugins runs very well with the Enfold Theme , WooCommerce Security Deposits plugin as well as WooCommerce Deposits – Partial Payments Plugin.

Fantastic plugin – I tried this and WooCommerce’s Booking plugin and found this to be superior. From a design perspective the calendar is, I think, better looking than WooCommerce. There is the ability to define assets and resources differently which was very help for our use case. Last but not least – the support was fantastic – I had a specific feature request and they were amazing in helping to implement it. The fact that it is $150 less than WooCommerce is the cherry on the cake. Couldn’t recommend enough.

This is – hands down – the most intuitive, easy, understandable, efficient and thought-through plugin I ever stumbled across. What is even more surprising, is the support from the developers. Whenever I had a problem, they reacted literally within minutes. For instance, I stumbled across a minor problem provoked by a third party addon “polylang”, which of course has nothing to do with the booking plugin. Guess what, they downloaded the third-party addon, tested and removed the problem in the next update within a couple of days. Kudos.
