    It was quick to get setup. It’s to be able to offer customers real-time shipping quotes and to be able to print labels directly from the admin screen.
    I wish the highest priced option wasn’t the default. I’d rather the options be presented from lowest to highest. But otherwise, it works well. I also have the UPS plugin and they work well together.

    Great product! Wonderful team!
    Since we ship perishable products domestically and internationally, the team went over and above to customize the plugin to work for us. Also, they are always prompt to respond and help. I would give 6 stars if there was an option.
    One more new request I had was, to use the same license key for both Staging and Production site. Niranjan, Shivani and team helped get that working for us. I 100% recommend PluginHive for your plugin needs.

    Great product. Only one I found that does all of this generation and tracking automatically. It also works really well.

    The only con is getting everything setup. It was difficult to follow the fedex side of the instructions, because they were outdated. It was also difficult to follow the documentation for the plugin because the screenshots are so focused on the exact field mentioned that I couldn’t tell which page it was on. I would like to see improvement in the error messages, ex: with links to why this error popped up and how to correct the problem. It would also be nice if the language of the settings matched fedex’s language, so when I am changing the settings I am not confused on what I need to have checked on. Some pages don’t save the first time and I have to re-do my settings and save again.

    The support was very quick in responding and was able to eventually resolve a specific issue I had after explaining how the plugin works and showing me the correct settings.

     Only use it to bulk generate the labels.

     I still had to tweak it a bit to be able to attach the png to the emails instead of having links.Would be great to include the pdf bulk generation like this as well 🙂
     Also please don’t assume that we all have the same WP/WOO installation structure.
     I was unable to send you debug files because of that and had to tweak it as well.
     Also if you have a small bug during a label generation like : Common issues :The label can’t be generated., just add +0.01 to your weight package until you can generate it.
     Otherwise the generation is working great, the implementation from staging to production was rather quick, thanks to your support.

     This works good but one big problem if you are using Shipstation, I bought this so I could have HAL “Hold at location” for fedex for my customers, Using shipstation this address or anything related to HAL does not transfer to shipstation so you have no idea that it should be “held at location” for your customer is using only shipstation to ship.

       The FedEx plugin has “Hold at Location” feature available in it. In addition, the HAL details are correctly available in the WooCommerce order edit page. For your use case to be fulfilled, Shipstation needs to read the data from this page and once done, the labels should have the information available.

We requested Saturday Delivery be queried from FedEx and provided as an option if available, and within a few weeks the developers had added it. Additionally they had added a time cutoff, which seems to be essentially for sites that do same day shipping. We had modified the PHP to accomplish this ourselves and were pleasantly surprised to see this added as well.

       Sorry to hear that you have faced problem with ZPL format. ZPL labels do not open directly, you would need to follow a separate set of instructions based on the printer you are using. 4×6 PNG format is the recommended format. Kindly note that this is not a plugin limitation.

       Also regarding DOC_TAB and Stock 4 x 6 size, these two are two different size labels and FedEx does not provide DoC_TAB for Stock 4 x 6 labels. hence, you would need to select the appropriate size in the plugin settings. Please note that the FedEx plugin generate the labels directly using FedEx API and does not make any modification to the label.

       Good to know that you are using PluginHive Shipment Tracking to update the tracking details back to the orders. This is definitely a good workaround, however, PluginHive WooCommerce FedEx Shipping Plugin with Print Label helps you completely automate FedEx shipping directly from your WooCommerce store.      I think they are only saving 5 star reviews and higher. In 15 years of ecommerce this is the first review I have left. Customer Service better be 5 stars because the plugin doesn’t work. Unless you are or have a web developer DO NOT buy this plugin. I have wasted a Month trying to figure this all out. I have authorization from fedex for my labels, have the correct production keys, passwords etc and it still doesn’t work. Certification guideline does not help. Much better than this plugin which if you ever can get it to work you have to print fedex labels ONE ORDER AT A TIME! So if you are a productive website this plugin is a complete waste. Do yourself a favor and just export your orders via csv and set up the Fedex Integration manager in Fedex and just upload the address. That way you can print HUNDREDS THOUSANDS of fedex labels with the click of a button.

     Our website currently uses the FedEx, UPS, and USPS plugins from PluginHive. We wanted to offer our customers the cheapest shipping possible, regardless of their location. In order to do this, we chose to offer all three on our site. The challenge is that customers choosing different shipping methods were forcing our team to have to log into different sites. Now that we have these three plugins up and running, we can print the labels from the WooCommerce order page (prints directly to our Brother QL-1060N thermal 4″ printers) and the plugins handle all the data/billing info in the background. Regarding the support from PluginHive, they have logged into my site more than once to inspect the code and troubleshoot issues to help me install. I started with 1-site license but upgraded all three to the 25-site licenses. We’re up to about 35 plugins on our website, but these three are the most profitable for us due to the time/labor savings! We’re doing about 30-40 orders a day across all three services — super nice to just click “print label” and whatever shipping method was selected….. out comes the 4×6″ sticker to go on the box!

     Excellent option if you need the FedEx rate service, the ability to create labels from FedEx, and also automatically include tracking numbers on the user’s account and email upon order completion. Most of these features are sold separately by other developers and $70 for everything in one is well worth it.
