Once an order is marked as ‘completed’, WooCommerce sends an order completion email to the customer. This email includes all the necessary and useful details regarding that order.

Many store owners use this opportunity to share the tracking number/ID with their customers that they get from the shipping service company(UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.,). This tracking number allows customers to know the whereabouts of their package.

Let’s take a real example and see how you can add the WooCommerce tracking number for your UPS Shipments into your order completion email.

Once the order is placed on the cart page, go to WooCommerce > Orders. You would see the entire list of orders on the site as shown in the screenshot below:

Kindly select the order number (for example, we selected order no 160). You will see the order page as shown in the screenshot.

Select the service from the UPS Shipment Label box and click Confirm Shipment, and then Accept Shipment. Once the shipment is created successfully, you will get a Print label option.

Now mark the order completed, from the Order Action box and then click Save Order as shown in the screenshot below:

After that, you will get a message on the screen as shown below:

Also, if you only want the tracking information (not printing the label), you can manually enter the tracking number and shipment date in the UPS shipment tracking as shown in the screenshot attached.

    My question is now : how can I get the Shipping details paragraph in French instead of english ? Currently the entire email is sent out to customer in french except the shipping details …
