How to Generate the Australia Post Shipping Label in Manual Mode for a Single Order?

To generate the Australia Post shipping label for an order using the Manual Mode, follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Navigate to the Orders section and click on the order number for which you want to generate the Australia Post shipping label.

Step 2:

Click on More Actions and then on Au Post Generate Label to manually generate Australia Post shipping labels for the selected order.

Step 3:

You will now be directed to the Manual label generation page in the PluginHive Australia Post Ship app. Ensure that the following order details are correct:

1. From Address: Select the proper ‘From Address’ for the Australia Post label. For the stores with a single location, there will be only one address available.
2. Package Summary: The packages will be automatically generated based on the Packaging Method created in the app settings. You can Edit or Delete the package according to your choice.
   • Edit: You have the option to choose the type of box and the number of products to be added to the box.
   • Delete: If you want to remove the automatically generated package, you can choose the Delete option and add another package using the Pack option. Similar to the Edit option, you can choose the type of box and the quantity of products to be added to the box.
3. Special Services 
   • Insurance: You can add Insurance details by clicking on the edit icon near the ‘Insurance package?’ option.
   • Signature: You can get the customer’s signature on delivery by enabling the ‘Request Signature’ option.
4. International Shipment: Used to classify the type of product(s) while shipping internationally.
5. Shipping Rates: Under the Shipping Rates, you will be able to see the Australia Post services. You can also view the customer-selected carrier service, along with the Shipping rates, right above.

Step 4:

Once you cross-check all the order details, you can select the service and click on Generate Label to create the shipping label.

Step 5:

Once the label is generated, you can click on Print Documents to print the Australia Post label that is generated. The example shown below is from Australia Post MyPost Business, and the same applies for eParcel and StarTrack.

How to generate Australia Post Shipping Labels in bulk for Multiple Orders?

The steps outlined in this section apply to Australia Post MyPost Business and can also be followed for eParcel and StarTrack accounts.

To generate Australia Post shipping labels in bulk for your Shopify orders, follow these steps:

• Navigate to Shopify Orders → Select the orders → Click on More Actions → Au Post Generate Labels, as shown below:

• This will open the Australia Post app, where shipping labels for all the selected orders are generated together. A batch containing the label details will be displayed in bulk. To print them, simply click Print All.

• After generation, the app takes you directly to the print page, where you can print shipping labels along with other documents such as the tax invoice and packing slip (if needed).

You can also print labels directly from your Shopify Orders page for already-fulfilled orders: 

• Go to your Shopify Orders → Select the fulfilled orders you want to print labels for → Click on More Actions→ choose Au Post Bulk Print Label.

• You’ll then be redirected to the Australia Post app, where labels for the selected orders can be printed in bulk.

How to Cancel the Generated Australia Post Shipping Labels?

To cancel the Australia Post shipping label that you have generated, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Shipping section in the PluginHive Australia Post app.

2. Click on the order number for which you want to cancel the label.

3. Click on Cancel Label for the order for which you want to cancel the shipment, as shown below.

4. You can see that the cancelled label appears under the Pending section. You can also find an option to Retry or Create a new label for the cancelled order.

How to generate Return labels for fulfilled orders?

To generate the Australia Post return label for the fulfilled orders, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Shipping section in the PluginHive Australia Post app.

2. Click on the order number for which you want to generate the return label.

3. Navigate to Return Packages and click on Create Return Label.

4. Select the Current Return Quantity, a Shipment Service for the return shipment and click on Generate Return Label.

5. Once the return label is generated, you can download the return label by clicking on the download option, as shown below.

You can find the orders for which the return labels are generated in the Return section.
